2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the 465bd platform, users must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 465bd reserves the right to suspend any account at any time until age verification is completed.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.

• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

2.3 Authority to Suspend or Close Accounts

If a user provides false information, operates multiple accounts, engages in fraudulent activities, or violates any clause of these Terms, 465bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 465bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any exchange rate costs arising from transactions in foreign currencies must be borne by the user.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

465bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Some examples are given below:

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

Against any user involved in the above prohibited activities, 465bd may take the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.

• Notifying legal authorities where applicable.

• No platform content may be republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
